Urinary infection
Bacteria in bladder or urethra cause infection. sometimes called UTI (urinary tract infections)

Some of the chemicals in cranberries may keep bacteria from sticking to the cells that line the urinary tract where they can multiply.
Vitamin C. Makes urine more acidic
Apples, blueberries, cranberries contain d-mannose, a sugar that binds to e-coli (about 90% of cases)

Apple cider vinegar: a rich source of enzymes, potassium and other useful minerals that can prevent the bacteria multiplying. Get unpasteurised (Aspall is unpasteurised), ideal acidity 5-7 (Aspall is 5).

- Add one / two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water. You can sweeten with honey. Mix it well.
- Drink this two times a day for a few days
